Hi Lois... I am sorry, but all I know about this gentleman is what has been released to the public by Simula. He is scheduled to start his employment with the company in mid April, and following that, Simula will be initiating a series of institutional and public meetings to familiarize the investment community with the company's progress. There is no point going out to meet people when you don't have the final management team in place, so the trip won't be timely until he is actually there full time. Hopefully, by that time there will be an indication of incremental operational improvements in 16G... ...which is the operation solely subject to the potential for an "upside surprise" in 1999. Take care of yourself.
