Ok..

1. Companies that issue 'Press releases' to clear up investors misunderstanding about how many shares are in the float are, in my opinion, too concerned with the trading of shares and not concerned enough about making money in legitimate ways.

2. Penny stocks with floats approaching or exceeding 100k shares and little or NO positive cash flow are generally VERY bad investments.

3. Penny stocks with nigh unto 1 BILLION issuable shares are extremely dangerous, and the (future or present) owners of those shares generally mean to sell them to suckers.

Now... before anyone goes and accuses me of some sort of slander please take notice that I name no company in my above OPINION... I mean it in the most general way.
