RESTON, Va., March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- TV on the WEB announces its latest Channel addition to the Network: the Small Cap Investment Channel, in a LIVE Press Conference Webcast on Wed., March 31st at 2pm ET at: tvontheweb.com. This LIVE interactive Webcast will also feature interactive chat for the outside corporate world to participate with their thoughts and questions. The Small Cap Investment Channel will launch with the airing of the first edition of ITV, which will include 3 features on small, emerging companies and a segment dealing with identifying potential investment scams.
