FWIW, per Briefing.com: Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) 168 3/8 -3 15/16: the much rumored acquisition of Broadcast.com seems to be taking place as both issues have been halted; according to CNBC, Yahoo! to pay $4.4 bln for provider of sports, news and music over the Internet..... Apparently, CNBC just said that the deal is expected to be 5.7b ($130/shr) and that it will be accretive to earnings in 12mo.
