Mike, I admire your spirit. They do have a couple of +'s or I would have dumped it long ago. Given the track record of the 3 Co's you mentioned, I'm not holding my breath however. Bringing PXX back to life would go a long way in restoring my faith in RD. There's nothing I'd like more. Time will tell. JT
