Sounds great. Now perhaps they can pay for a disaster recovery system that will prevent an outage like the one that is going on right now. Is anyone on this thread a user? If so can you access the Portico system? I still cannot and I'm coming up on 7 hours of down time now. I hope we have a little insurance for this or some kind of quid pro quo with Qwest... I'm hearing that as many as 10% of customers are affected. -Kevin
