I agree with you Kevin. I went to USR home page and so far there is not even one official press release concerning the delay or release of the x2. The last press release was on 2/14/97 about vigorously defending against MOT lawsuit. If everything was kosher, I believe they would have come out bragging about their on-time schedule release of x2 when ROK made their provocative announcement two(?) weeks ago. But, so far all we got was complete silence. Any comments came entirely from news articles quoting USR people as sources. It may very well be that the problem was much more serious than they led us to believe. Even though, there were statements made that the release is just a matter of days not months, I still don't see an official press release to that effect. If they had complete control over their problem, they would have been more confident in setting a FIXED date, not just groping for a date. All this uncertainty could be read by the market as a sign of serious technical problems to come and that's why the precipitous decline.

As a long term investor, I will hold on to my shares, and I am confident that the disaster will blow over. However, if the stock price is materially and substantially affected due to another delay past March, dammn it if I don't research it and a file a class action suit for deception.
