Utter nonsense. (no offense meant) The erp/backoffice business is a mature business. Y2k is an excuse. It actually created an artificial stimulus and brought forward the erp cycle and generated artificially high growth rates for psft/sap/baanf/jdec/orcl etc. That game is now over. CRM is in the early innings and is likely a larger market. Now that companies are finishing their y2k remediation, crm benefits from the y2k peace dividend. You'll see when the results are reported. td
