TNO-what Last said. Plus the big spike up to complete the right side of the cup skewers it (do you agree last?). IMO (but Last really is the resident chart expert though he is modest about it.) There seems to be resistance in the 29 area. If it can get thru this with strong volume then might be worth jumping in for a quick profit. IMO Also note that it is sitting just above the 50 dma and 200 dma But basically it is in a trading range between low 20 to low 30s going back couple years. It needs to break out of this range. hope that is helpful if at all.
