Bob, I can understand your frustration, as I've had similar experiences except for the Platinum stuff, since I'm not a Platinum customer. Might move up to Power Etrade, but don't trade enough for Platinum, and by the sounds of it, it doesn't seem like Etrade is doing a very good job of notifying you on these offerings.

Just another problem with Etrade, nothing new there. Am probably going to open a DLJDirect account and toss some money that way as well.
