What are the ramifications to us(the common shareholders)if they make it a private offering. What would happen to us if it is placed publicly. Either way the expense of Net2hone is removed from the expense flow and earnings should improve.

I'm sure that it should be obvious but as I said in a earlier post I'm fairly new to this and don't have as good a grip on the process as I would like.
