Slam, Congrats to you and those that bought back or held through the correction. I did not take advantage buying back at 9. Was beginning to think that I had overtraded the stock. Lost big time once on that sort of thing. The 10K is the official filing of the last release by PQT, just much more detailed than what we originally saw via the press release. The co has 45 days to file after the close of the Q. Lots of boilerplate to get through being 56 pages, but cut down says basically the same thing that we had already discussed. Spinoff, joint venture, smaller loss on higher internet revenue. Hope that helps. Ken
