Zi has Ericson which is the biggest player in Asia. Zi was also the one applying the infrigement suit. Seems to me an infringer would definetly not be the one to apply a lawsuit. Zi's present releases have been for Chinese Input and are now in the process of applying the same engine for other Asian mkt languages.
