I talked to Paul Motenko this afternoon, and gleaned a few nuggets of information from our conversation. He was very helpful. He also indicated that he welcomes shareholder calls, and was kind enough to call me back on his cell phone. 1. There will not be a conference call this time. There have been 10-11 investors in the past on the calls, and it was felt that this could be handled one on one. Also, given the litigation situation, it was felt that this format might be more appropriate. 2. The price of cheese impacted earnings in the latter half of 1998, but since then cheese prices have returned to more of a historical norm. 3. CHGO is continuing to look at acquisitions, and additional sites for it's large format restaurant. The growth appears to be most profitable with the large brewery format. The recently opened restaurants are doing very well. 4. Louis Habash/ASSI was instrumental in growing CHGO, both in financing and providing expertise in the restaurant business. There is an intangible part of the equity deal with ASSI, that can't really be measured. By the way, CHGO does monitor these chat rooms/threads.
