Hi Don:
I never once accepted that they would be on the NASDAQ. No broker with a major trading firm will mess around with $1.00 per share stocks. Just ask your broker if he had not known you for a number of years if he would or is allowed to offer a stock under $5.00.
Just read notes 11 through 14, everyone is into them for at least an average of $1.50 per share. If things don't turn around this year I am sure there may be some blood on the streets. This company has to get to the 20million mark and making money before the markets will get real serious about them and I think they should know that by now. What is your opinion? Also, let them have all the options at 1.50-1.90 they want. Just means the stock will have to get up to 3-5.00 before they will mean anything. OK Look they have already increased the number of share outstanding by 100% in 1996 so all their paper is down to about .75 cents per share. I am sure they don't feel so good about that either. Have a good week end and waiting to hear from you next week.
