I need to call Etrade to confirm my IOI, inquire about calling in IOIs, and also lambast them again for such a shoddy job with this offering.

I wouldn't be too hard on them. They were the first to give peons like us (or like me, at least) a shot at these free money IPO machines. I'm willing to accept that the huge demand can cause problems as long as they're working to fix them.
