I am not convinced that this news will propel TSI.

I imagine that this move is being done to raise capital and seek a higher profile.

Although it would be easier for them to raise capital, at what price will this be done, if indeed this is a factor for moving to the USA.

While the military market may be large, I am not sure what the potential market for TSI truly is. Can the make money at what they are doing? Can they attract the capital they need, in time?

While it may be easy to say that the market has overlooked a "gem", the market is not too often wrong.

I will continue to monitor this company for a little while longer, but if the competitive advantage does not become clear to me soon, I will take it off my list. I hold no shares at this time.
