Although Pacer is a very interesting company that should hold good promise< I have held off making any sizable purchase for the simple reason that management saw nothing wrong with employees augmenting their income by buying the stock at 1.00 and selling at 1.50 over and over again. If I were running the company, I would chop off any one's hands who did that. Trade in other stocks if you must, but invest in the company you work for. The picture they portrayed was that people who worked for the company thought 1.50 was a high water mark...what message were they sending to potential investors ? If a company pays no dividend then one must look at capital gains as an incentive to buy in size.....a dollar to a buck and a half doesn't cut it for me...........nysebob2
