Princeton eCom Corp. files for $46 mln
IPO

WASHINGTON, March 31 (Reuters) - Princeton eCom Corp.,
a provider of Internet bill publishing and payment services, filed
Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an
initial public offering of $46 million in common stock.

The Princeton, N.J.-based company did not disclose the number of shares in the offering or provide
an anticipated price range for them.

It will apply to trade the shares on Nasdaq under the symbol (Nasdaq:ECOM - news).

The underwriters are BancBoston Robertson Stephens and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and
E*Trade Securities and DLJdirect Inc. will facilitate the Internet distribution, the filing said.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
