Sorry Gator, I cleaned it up a bit (the screen) but here's a shorter link: mredgar.com Select Filings, type in bid then you can go to the filing. I got this from raging bull thread. When I read it, I think it's big but I'm not sure (late in the day, etc..many more excuses). Also, sorry, relevant section I'm looking at is Exhibit 3.25. Thanks, t.
