Hi Robin Hood I haven't heard anything about a new options plan. I know that they are buying back some special warrants. KPMG is a very large respected accounting firm I doubt that they would be part of any scheme to drive share prices down. I think a lot of long term shareholders are tired of waiting and want out (me for example!) and there is no market enthusiasm for software companies so there are no willing buyers. Perhaps when the internet mania dies down people will look for value again. later Keith
