OT: 10K says problem was local to one region and was limited to vendor rebates. Restated earnings STILL look good. Auditors signed off. Not making excuses for the company - the lawsuits have some merit. It's just that $3 for an 80 billion fortune 500 company seemed a bit ridiculous to me. The lawyers will not be able to prove fraud. If one looks at insider trading, there was no rush to sell. The sales that did occur were not unusual given the insider holdings. They got burned along with everyone else. On the bright side, there was just an announcement of a shareholders meeting in May. Take a look at the agenda - it's amusing!! btw, that 7/16 point rise was great for me. I bought a SNOTLOAD of HS below 3 yesterday and this morning. I'll take 15.9% in one day anytime.
