New to this world of Benz Energy. am familiar with a company that may be associated with Benz. TExstar? Tell me what you know.

As an interested player with extensive technical and financial back ground. I am surprised to find such bullish and close to the action figurines talking about information that should be close to the lips of senior mgmt. If anyone is listening, its not showing in the market. When you have the debt instruments that this company does, very clever and skilled financial players are involved. Why are they not pursuing this stock. Debt is an ugly thing. As I have reviewed the new releases, I find that this is no exception to the rule. Hugh debt with all the tech savey and smarts is still a cliff hanger.
I am confused with regard to the debt and the structure of the financing the company has received thus far. With perhaps less information than you have, which has been provided through filings, website etc.,, I am still at a loss.

I read on this site that the company will have 30,000 mcf/d on line soon. My hat goes off to any players that make sizable discoveries. Where are you getting your numbers? What is their current net mcf/d?

What is the structure of debt and why did Shell Financial back out...or am I reading this incorrectly. It has been my understanding that Benz defaulted on their debt? Do you know?

I'm not looking to find fault but what is so attractive about a company that has moderate monthly net profits against interest payments they can't meet. How about the concept of principle reduction? You talk of net cash profit per share, however, have you considered and minused out the debt equation?

Experience has shown me that debt over-hang can spell disaster for many a good men and contraption. I'm neutral but not convinced about backing up the truck and taking in as much as I can at .60 or below. If what I have read is true, this recommendation appears only as a near-term or near-sighted lure. Again, the big boyz would have pulled up and backed in by now. This is a sophiscated play, why not Calgary, but Vancouver! Calgary is hunting ground for small independent (micro-cap) companies with savey tactics.

The resume of the CFO is strong. I know his former company well. His financial engineering actions speak louder than words. Anyone must be impressed with his ability to incure debt from the "show me the goods crowd". But, debt is debt, even for the boyz that are good at the E&P game.

Is there light or fire at the end of this tunnel. With the performance in the field and the all capable skills of their financial wizard, it may be the right play, but when.....
Don't tell me the Hollywood feature, I'm looking for the History Channel and the beef.
Show me. I'm lookin.
