MY TAKE On THe PLAN! There were some serious communication problems due to discloser with the Principles involved in this deal. When they were telling people there shares would be canceled that was true. But what we got here is Dillution! Not a whole lot of dillution. The bond holders rather than take a bath decide to take a Tax right off and get re-issued share in a NEW Company with a New Focus. The debtors and the judge went along with this plan due to the fact they were in talks with Sprint and the like. Everyone smelled money so they figured they could wright off the Debt and Get paid on the other side. The float was only 9 million will stay about the same but the oustanding will be much more. More but not the 93% hair cut like I suspected. This is my take any COMMENTS??
