The Ericsson press release is dated 1/99. The decision to use Li-poly batteries was made long before then. If Valence was the supplier, I can assure you that there would have been a press release.

There is absolutely no relationship between the Valence fraud and Ericsson.

1) Valence has no manufacturing capability.

2) Valence has no unique lock on Li-Poly technology.

3) Valence is in dire financial condition, making it highly unlikely that they will ever receive a significant order.

Valence is simply a stock fraud, and will inevitably trade lower.
