I am having extreme trouble with my ISP tonight and I find it ironic that I respond to you, but no matter.
Just a few ideas here. Those concern todays stock price action and the last couple of days. Quite clear that information has been leaked and that there is mixed response, then the Puritan approach to a company letter to all which never arrives at my mail box because though I hold share certificates, the transfer agent mininterprets AR as Arizona--I never get them!
I appreciate the tell all at the same time approach, but there is clear leakage which represents corporate something or other--selective communication, perhaps, and is classic Jensen!
Big volume and no price movement---represents distribution--suppose I must agree with Zeev and do it most reluctantly but do not expect the 1/8 but perhaps less than that perhaps $.15 or so.
Where is the credibility that we so much need--please, no more promises, no more fantastic projections from the refiner and the prospective producer, Please, Please, just the check!
Nothing else counts.
If and perhaps further funding is needed, then the "shares in question" must be first returned, then we can talk seriously, and seriously, very seriously, not before--IMHO!
