The SEC and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants with regards to conducting an audit and issuing an audit report do not deem the prior auditors independent. Translation: We did the audit ourselves. When the SEC contacted us to alert us to our "oversight" of not giving the name of a firm, we gave them a bogus name. The SEC, not believing a word of it, asked the AICPA, who verified we had lied. Now we're desperately looking for someone dumb enough to work for us for worthless stock. - Jeff
