Am I reading this correctly, 1/30,000,000 of what's left of 275,000 warrants per share owned! I'm glad I read the previous 10Q before buying any of this stock! At least I could understand 4% of the outstanding shares would be split among the common stock holders! This type of thing seems to becoming more common, and it will only accelerate as companies try and become reporting and correct their debt and account for the number of shares accurately. Investors beware!
