Wow! What a misleading article. They say "On Monday IDTC launched a tender offer" without saying it was the 3rd time they extended it. They end the story with "IDT said it's buying the bonds, 'for the purpose of enabling IDT to effect one or more possible financing transactions involving Net2Phone'". Why do you think "fund managers" make statements like this? They realize they've been wrong and want to raise the price to a comfortable exit point. The one line you can believe is fact "IDTC has yet to file for an IPO". But, lest you look for an IPO as a Saviour, notice what ZD stock did today after they IPO'd ZDZ. Down $7.00. The news said people wanted the internet stock and now they could abandon ZD for ZDZ. Same happened to MALL when they spun off UBID. Sorry, but those are the cold hard facts of life. Down 1/2 tomorrow.
