hi Alfred, I received your private e-mail and will try to put some things in perspective here on the thread in case it may provide clarification for others. One caveat: I am not an engineer or scientist so forgive me if my terminologies are not absolutely correct.

Brief overview:
Galtech is comprised of 3 divisions:
1.Substrate materials
This division produces "specialty" semiconductor materials which are used in various types of electronic equipment. Applications include infrared detectors, satellite surveillance, tumor detectors and other advance applications. They primarily produce a substrate called cadmium telluride. On the other hand the primary substrate used in the semi market today is silicon. The point here is that Galtech produces an advanced specialized semiconductor material that has special application for today. However, science is now turning from silicon to specialty materials such as cadmium telluride to create the semiconductors of the future.

There are some vendors making cadmium telluride today. They make it in 1 or 2 inches in area. Galtech makes it in 6 inch area which is very desirable to the marketplace. There is no other manufacturer in the world that can make cadmium telluride in such large surface area. Gtsm makes better quality substrates at better prices than other companies. The electronics manufacturers are gearing up for the switch from silcon to cadmium telluride and galium arsenide for use in the manufacture of high speed integrated circuits.

So now the question becomes -where are we now in the product cycle? First let's find out where we've been. Galtech was successfully producing cadmium telluride in 1990 when they suffered a major setback due to fire. It has been a long road to recovery while operating on a shoestring budget. Cadmium telluride is a very sensitive material. Enviromental and other conditions have to be just right or the material doesn't operate properly. Only recently has the company produced ingots that work to their standards. They are striving to attain the computer program/software to enable continual prouction rather than just 1 or 2 that work here and there. They are very close to that production environment at this time.

The company had planned to sell the ingots or boules in a whole loaf as they are grown. However, they have now decided to slice the boules into useable chips thereby retaining a lucrative part of the business for themselves. This is what Dominick was alluding to in earlier posting. Major companies such as Texas Instruments and Panasonic have been making inquiries about the status of Galtech's cadmium telluride. The company has been saying they are close to perfection for months now. One day, hopefully, they will get it right. When that happens, your $1 share will increase dramatically in value. Nobody wants that to happen more than Dominick.

2.Commodity Recovery
Aflatoxin is a lethal fungus residue that contaminates much of the world's food supply. It is found in corn and other crops. Galtech has a proprietary process for destroying aflatoxin. This process has been placed on the back burner while the primary focus for the company is to get the cadmium telluride ready for sale.

3. Motor/generator division
You can read the brochures for yourself what the electomagnetic motor is capable of accomplishing. Obviously it has enormous potential. Galtech continues to devlop the technology but again the primary focus right now is as explained above. The profits derived from the sales of semiconductor materials will fund the motor and commodities divisions.

Thank you for your offer of Swiss fine xxxxxxxxxx. I will collect only when the stock price of gtsm exceeds $5 a share.

Neil
