Gentelemen:

I have recently communicated with the company, and at most of
my questions have been answered. In the first place,
the most potentially profitable part of the operation is
the colloidal silver, through their 40 % owned company, American
Silver. It has the potential of generating very significant
income. I will post again tomorrow, and elaborate on the status
of their projects.

I am just as frustrated with the share price as any of you who
have bought the stock. I have a boat load of stocks in the junior
mining sector that are just pennies on the dollar that they
are really worth. Don't shoot the messenger or the management
of companies that are trying to survive the bear market in the metals.
In the end, we are individually responsible for making the
investment decisions ourselves, and have no one to blame but
ourselves. We should have been smart enough to avoid this sector
from mid 96 to the present. I didn't and am paying the price now.
There is no point in beating up on this company which is run
by honest, and forthright people, who are trying to survive the
company. You have no idea how difficult this is to accomplish.
Clifton will survive, and I dare say there a number of other juniors
out there that will not. I'll have more of an update tomorrow.

Cheers and happy holidays to you all.

Dan
