Courtesy of Yvonne on RB: cbs.marketwatch.com If net2phone beats us to the IPO stage, is that good or bad for us? IMO if they IPO and rocket then it might not hurt and may help to follow them. They are better known then we are, even if there is no quality comparison. If they do well, investors will be looking for another one like it. Based on the news release above, they are likely going to be ahead of us. My understanding is that we will not file the S1 until the latest private placement is finished and its still going on. Any other opinions? Bruce
