Steve, basically the ETEC announcement tells me two things. First of all, clearly not a lot of other semi companies are migrating to .21µ right now, and even less to .18µ. The second thing is that ETEC has pumped out one heck of a lot of machines over the last several years, and that finally the slowdown that affected everyone else two years ago has caught up with them. Oh, and it also tells me that UTEK, who want to compete with ETEC, has no clue when it comes to assessing the demand for mask making equipment. On the other hand, it really doesn't tell me much that helps me understand MU. Carl
