Of course the bombing has drive some out, but the majority have been thrown out, robbed, rapped, tortured, killed, imprisioned, etc by the Serbs. THAT's the primary reason why we have so many fleeing.
The bombs are targeted at Serb military installations and not the civilian populace. Those in around the targeted areas will flee, but not everyone.
Tell me, when London was under the Blitzkreig, did the city evacuate? Nope. Some did, of course, but the majority stayed and sweated it out in bomb shelters.
