Sonki. Don't worry about the English translation. It's too complicated but It will turn out alright, I hope. gg. You have to read the whole dumb article. A cpl writers listening to some brokerages, that probably did not get into AOL, and then rummaging through all those accounting practices. It has been done all the time, but will probably not be allowed in the future. On a big deal like this everybody likes to get involved. Opinions are all over the place but I am sure that AOL consulted pretty good accountants. It would not be the first time that they did some tight accounting. Anyhow, those mentioned figures will not apply if everything was done right. Certain things are hard to proof anyhow.

Main thing for you, AOL will benefit from this deal and your SUNW has a pretty good deal also. If SUNW will get to buy the software business in the end, is not a sure thing yet. And we don't want to talk about it for the next 2 years anyway. That's the first time AOL could sell it under this agreement. Well, I guess there are other ways but just forget that. gg. I did not buy SUNW today but probably should have. Maybe after this weekend.

BTW. Those LUV fares seem to be outdated.
