Check my posts, I didn't blame the victim. What I said are two things:

One, this particular virus can be easily avoided by disable macro. Nothing panic.

Two, there are a lot of other ways to do the similar damage if users are not careful. So the best way is educating yourself.

I guess every car sold should have a label. "This car may cause your death." Every food should have a label, "This may cause you choke."
