No SeanS ... I am just demonstrating one of my several fatal flaws: sloth! I'll try to get some thoughts together ... should be seeing some "same store sales" from some competitors in a bit ... that may give a touch of a window into the business at Z. I think that March was going pretty well for them (from a buddy who was on the phone with them a few days ago ... his firm owns just under 10% ... and he has been called on several occasions about his intentions in regards to the proxy ... I imagine that there is some nervousness at corporate ... and they are probably driving hard to make sure that they have some good things to say at the meeting ... with evidence to support it ...). ALSO ... THERE IS MORE UP TO DATE STUFF ON THE WOOLWORTH THREAD ... I AM A TRADITIONALIST (along with agent99 and others) ... --Duker
