PSFT effect: I think there are two sides to a negative effect.

1. Big IT spend slowdown has affected a number of ERP players, hitting the weaker ones first (e.g. SSAX - BAANF - PSFT - next SAP). SEBL is not immune from unwillingness to spend either.

2. Because of the ERP slowdown the big ERP vendors - who between them have most Fortune companies as customers - will be going for CRM with a vengeance to try and make the money wherever they can to shore up revenues and earnings. So it gets tougher for SEBL.
