Hello Ted, My info is about two weeks old from a conversation with the Prez. Plans are to hire additional engineers (may have occurred by this time) to develop and support product(s). Close to financing deal and reverse merger. Current expected date for public trading is June. As always with companies of this size, add some additional time for the unknown. Looks like we are the only two left. Greg
