Vince, looks to me that the debentures holders will now have control of the company as soon as the conversion takes place during April. Since the debentures holders are on friendly terms with Medinah-hopefully in the next several weeks-there will be a resolution once and for all-Medinah sells the Andicollo holdings to a Major-the money goes into our pocket where it belongs!
