Issuing 10M new shares to convert the old bonds into common stock is a good idea. The reorganization also states that it will result in $152M in stockholder's equity. $152M/30M = $5 book value per share. I don't know how the 15M preferred stock affects this calculation, but suppose we increase the shares to 45M -- $152M/45M = $3.38 book value. Where am I wrong in this calculation? Either the stock is severely undervalued or there is something wrong in my calculations. Are there any CPAs out there who could analyze the value?

Can anyone explain the warrants to me? Will common stockholders receive 5 warrants for each share? Potential dilution would result in another 150M shares if these warrants are exercised. However, the higher stock prices required for exercise would be very good indeed.

It seems we also own 20% of WIRL which could be very interesting if WIRL appreciates as well.

Looking forward to answers and more news on what the value is here.
