Ihae noticed that, & I don't know why. This is the big announcement and this is why we've been drifting down on low volume. The bad news $2,000,000 loss. (We should come up with a new name for our thread) The good news is that over half of it is from expensing R&D in current periods as opposed to capitalizing it. I never liked the way they were letting that build up. Gives them a cleaner Balance sheet if they are sold to someone else. More good news: Both H&Q and Crittenden now have some skin in the game. They have debt on the balance sheet and they have options that are exercisable at $4.125. I'd be a happy guy if they ever exercised those. Seems to me that they might have gotten in trouble at BHill and this was a way to combine BHill with something that was more saleable. I wouldn't be suprised if you see H&Q out shopping this deal to Tivolie, Platinum, BMC, SMS etc. I wouldn't mind any of their stocks either. I think th e new exit strategy is a sale of the company to one of the bigs. More More Good news: - We should be able to get listed on NASDAQ now. That should give us a bump. - They doubled sales Gotta roll -- just skimmed the release (Dammmmm these guys have been wheeling and dealing for such a small company) More thoughts (or thoughtlessness) to come over tonight or over the weekend.
