You say... If AVR gets a good deal ! Well what is a GOOD DEAL? To me, wen I bought RPP below 6.00$ , I tought it was a good deal... so when I see AVR wiht a takeover ratio of 4.25:1 I am a litle surprise! All AVR bankers tought that a ratio 4.25:1 was a GOOD DEAL so today I can hardly imagine a ratio 8:1 or 10:1. I think a lot of RPP shareholders think that the AVR takeover at the current ratio is a GOOD DEAL for AVR. I know, the question is... do AVR shareholders think they have a GOOD DEAL? To me it looks like AVR shareholders are trying to get a better deal than they already have at 4.25:1 ! I cannot blame this attitude... Business is... We realy have to watch the game. John
