tobaccoists would probably go after RN in court
It appeats RN has a lot of litigation in it's future at any rate. It seems to me that they could make a case that Nabisco had nothing to do with past tobacco sales. I am hoping that the best management team will take over the Nabisco part, I'm not sure if Icahn is best but maybe I saw Barbarians at the Gate too often to trust the current management either. I'm undecided where to send my proxie.
