Not all small cap stocks with an Internet story are sound. A lot of them are hot air or worse. Any pimply-faced teenager with a computer can create a web site and make it look neat enough to pass a casual examination.

SLEU may or may not be a sound investment. One can't tell until they release their financials according to generally acceptable accounting practices as required by a respected exchange like NASDAQ. Until then, for all we know, it's money down a Caribbean rat hole. So, why is SLEU so slow in complying??? Could it have anything to do with the fact they have only four -- count 'em, four -- employees? With the fact their financials are in a mess? I don't know but I wouldn't gamble much on the answer, either.

Remember, this was a nursing home company, for god's sake, just two years ago!!!???
