By the way, just found out that Etrade got 500,000 shares for the Priceline.com offering. If, and it's a big if, the ratio hold for the Value America, that would mean that Etrade should get 250,000 shares for distribution. As a comparison, Etrade gets about 50,000 for most other IPOs they've had.
