ctl U is called forcing the symbol it is documented on their web site under tools what it does is request an update of all data values on the symbol therefore it sends a request to interquote therefore, if the update problem is a case of interquote or their isp or any other isp node loosing track of you, this should get you going again sometimes it needs for or 5 tries - doesn't always work
