All companies say these kinds of things to protect themselves. Even Intel and MSFT say that the stock price can be affected by competition and there are no assurances to their continued growth.

When other companies say these things it's legalese, Microsoft may not be able to compete ? Ha. When INPR says they may not be able to compete it's completely believable.
