disappointing delay...otoh, since there was almost no publicity and no excitement anywhere about it and no knowledge about it, I am kind of glad to see the delay and some PR...maybe this will be helpful for the stock. price action certainly didnt indicate anyone cared about the stock up to now...contrast this with the steady climb of pnlk over the last week as its upgrade date has come closer.
