Elliot,

The industry seems to be seeing different performances. Some blame short falls on Y2K (probably partly justified), some on sales, some on product, some on the phases of the moon.

DCTM and the types of projects they go after are big and complex and expensive. I think in context with other priorities this is playing a big role in their weakness.

Our own business continues to be strong and, knock on wood, unaffected by Y2K it seems.
